By installing or using LinguaDict you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app and the content packs you download on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or make the content packs available to others.
2. Content
Dictionaries, exercises and audio are provided for study purposes. Some material is generated with the help of AI and reviewed before release, but we do not guarantee that every entry is free of errors. Do not rely on the app for legal, medical or safety-critical translation.
3. Purchases
Paid content is sold through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the store before purchase. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from. Purchases unlock content for the language or bundle you selected.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase or download restrictions.
- Do not scrape, mirror or redistribute the content.
- Do not interfere with the service or other users.
5. Availability
We aim to keep content packs available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Downloaded packs keep working offline.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
